The system is composed of 5 operating systems (Production, Retail, Distribution, Channel, Billing), 5 artifact module types (Log, Worksheet, Analysis, Registry, View), and 4 operational workflows that capture, organize, and surface operational reality.
Every artifact is version-controlled, carries governance metadata (version, date, status, rules, STOP conditions, change log), and traces to an operator observation or action. The system improves through use — each interaction fills gaps, adds registry entries, and builds knowledge coverage.

Kool Gas, LLC — an industrial gas and welding supply company — is the first client in governed operation on the OCYL system. The deployment exercises all operating systems, all module types, and all operational workflows.
